• Run Progress: We track your progress through 5-match runs, including your total points and level achieved.

• FCM Token: We store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you push notifications about matches and results.
• Timezone: We collect your timezone to send notifications at appropriate times.
• Notification Preferences: We store your preferences for which types of notifications you want to receive.

1.4 Usage Data

• Match Interests: We may infer your interests in specific teams or leagues based on the matches you predict.

1.5 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Device IMEI or hardware identifiers
• Contacts or calendar information
• Photos or media files
• Payment or financial information
• Browsing history or other apps on your device

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. To Provide the Service: To enable you to make predictions, track your scores, and participate in the game.
2. To Calculate Scores: To automatically calculate your points based on prediction accuracy.
3. To Send Notifications: To notify you about match updates, results, and other game-related information (if you opt in).
4. To Improve the App: To understand how the app is used and make improvements (aggregated, anonymized data only).

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Firebase Services

Our App uses Google Firebase services, which are provided by Google LLC:

• Firebase Authentication: For user authentication via Google Sign-In
• Firebase Realtime Database: For storing your predictions, scores, and game data
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: For sending push notifications

Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, your authentication is handled by Google's services. We only receive the email address and display name you choose to share.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database, hosted by Google Cloud Platform. Data is stored in the Asia-Southeast region.

4.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS
• User data is isolated by user ID - you can only access your own data
• Firebase security rules prevent unauthorized access
• Authentication is required for all data access

4.3 Data Retention

• User Predictions: Retained as long as your account is active
• Match Data: Retained for reference and historical scoring
• FCM Tokens: Retained until you sign out or uninstall the app
• Notification Logs: Retained for up to 30 days for delivery tracking

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access Your Data

You can view all your data within the App, including your predictions, scores, and run history.

5.2 Delete Your Account and Data

How to Request Account Deletion:

To request deletion of your T20 GOAT account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to t20goatapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
2. Include your registered email address (the one you used to sign in with Google)
3. We will verify your identity and process your request

What Gets Deleted:

• All your match predictions
• All your scores and results
• Your run progress and level achievements
• Your FCM token and notification preferences
• Your timezone and notification settings
• All other user data associated with your account

Processing Time:

We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Important Note:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your predictions, scores, or game progress.

5.3 Opt-Out of Notifications

You can disable push notifications at any time through the App's notification settings.

5.4 Account Deletion

If you delete your account:

• All your predictions and scores will be permanently deleted
• Your FCM token and notification preferences will be removed
• This action cannot be undone

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to Google's servers, which may be located in various countries.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
